Duties

* Get to know the individual or family and carry out a specific model of planning with them
Advocate for the individual or family to get the necessary services and community supports they require on a daily basis.
* Teach the individual or family how to sustain their plan

Skills/Experience

* Available to work flexible hours within reason.
* Self-directed.
* Willing to learn to implement a common sense but comprehensive personal planning process for individuals and families.
* Enjoy helping people and making a difference in the lives of those people who are struggling to get through life on a daily basis.
* High school/college/university graduate.
* Clean police clearance and record check with the Children’s Aid Society.
* A car with a minimum of $2,000,000 liability insurance is preferable but not necessary.
* Completion of Wraparound facilitator training program.
