DutiesVON's Hospice Volunteer Service provides 30 hours of (free) hospice/palliative care education for people who have an interest in the rewarding satisfaction of being present to the needs of clients and their family caregivers at the end-of-life. 
 
Volunteers offer emotional and practical support to individuals, of all ages, who are suffering from a life-threatening illness.
