| Description | This camp offers several programs: Development Volleyball Camp Girls 13-17 years (Jul 30-Aug 3 & Aug 13-17) Boys 13-17 years (Aug 13-17) Focus is on learning how to train within the sport of volleyball * Athletes of all levels will be accommodated * Emphasis is on development of skills and will also incorporate games and activities related to strategy and tactics Fundamentals Volleyball Camp (Aug 7-10) Co-ed 8-12 years Focus is on fundamentals and includes activities that will be age adapted to accommodate a variety of skill levels * Essential skills learned through games and activities * Includes swimming every day High Performance Volleyball Camp (Aug 20-24) Co-ed 14-18 years Focus is on developing already skilled athletes (previous club exposure, regional team program etc.) aiming towards a post-secondary volleyball experience. Busing is available from Dundas Community Pool, Ancaster Rotary Centre, Oakville Glen Abbey, and Burlington (Mainway Recreation Centre, Central Arena) for an additional fee. | |||
