| Description | The YMCA of Hamilton/Burlington/Brantford along with Reach for the Rainbow is pleased to offer summer experiences for children with special needs through the Helping Hands program. Available at all YMCA Day Camp sites in Hamilton/Burlington/Brantford, Helping Hands is a program for children who need extra support (physical or developmental) to participate in YMCA camps. Offers 1:1 support from trained staff while being integrated into the group. Through this support, campers can be included in all aspects of camp while addressing the unique needs of their disability. Each child can participate for a maximum of 2 weeks. | |||
