| Description | For experienced competitive swimmers * Camp focuses on top-notch technique and learning some of the skills that got Olympic swimmers Joanne Malar and Dr. Carla Geurts to the Olympic final and medals at World swimming events, positive motivation and proper technique * Each day campers will focus on a different stroke and attend two skill sessions * Also touch on starts and turns * Guest presentations by Olympic athletes * These will include dry land training, motivational talks, nutrition meetings and exciting goal setting sessions * Campers stay in residence and enjoy the experience of life in the dorms, with safe 24 hour supervision. | |||
