| Description | The Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA) is a voluntary, non-profit association that sets operating standards, inspects and accredits retirement homes in Ontario. ORCA members are retirement home operators that have passed and continue to meet standards for accreditation. ORCA represents approximately 65% of the retirement home sector in Ontario, which houses over 26,000 seniors. To inquire about an ORCA-accredited retirement home, call: 1-888-263-5556. To lodge a complaint, make an inquiry, or for any other retirement home general information, contact the Province of Ontario's toll-free Complaints Response and Information Service (CRIS): 1-800-361-7254. |
