DescriptionThe Financial Support Program offers two programs RENT BANK and H.E.L.P  
 
Tenants can apply to the RENT BANK program for assistance with rent arrears in the form of a grant, provided applicants meet all eligibility requirements.  
 
Tenants can apply to the H.E.L.P program for a LOAN to assists with Last Months Rent, provided applicants meet all eligibilty requirements. 
 
The H.E.L.P program provides interest-free revolving loans, designed to give low-income tenants short-term financial aid with last month's rent deposit.
