| Description | The Seniors Activation Maintenance Program is a not-for-profit, community-based agency that develops and provides day programs * These programs enhance the quality of life for seniors and adults with diminished abilities including dementia, aphasia or frailty living in Hamilton and Burlington areas * The SAM Program is offered in three community-based centres * The SAM Aphasia Program is offered at the SAM Flamborough site on Mondays and at the SAM East site on Mondays and Fridays |
