Must be capable of climbing stairs and of performing self-hygiene. Specializing in care of persons with chronic mental illness. Reviewed on a per case basis. Male clients only.
ApplicationFor all subsidized applicants a Residential Care Facility [RCF] Subsidy Referral form and RFC Opinion Form (for healthcare provider) must be completed. Forms are available upon request. Applicant must have a trustee or an administrator designated as trustee for ODSP. All CPP/OAS applicants must have a 3rd party trustee. A brief medical/mental health history is required. Proof of recent 2 step TB test required. Applicant will be interviewed in order to assess compatibility with existing clients.
