DescriptionJackson Therapeutic Recreation those with barriers and challenges get involved in meaningful and productive recreational activities, and enjoy their lives as fully and independently as possible. 
 
* Conduct in-home assessments and generates reports that can be shared with other health professionals  
* 1-to-1 services are delivered to clients in their residence and the same therapist attends each appointment  
* Client and therapist will set and achieve goals specific to the client's unique needs and interests  
* Goals can be centred around community involvement, socialization, physical activation, cognitive stimulation and/or mental engagement
