| Description | The Centre de santé communautaire Hamilton/Niagara settlement and integration services for Francophone immigrants provides information, referrals and support in the following areas: * Needs assessment * Administrative procedures for social services * Community legal services * Referrals to community services * Settlement information * Interpretation and outreach assistance if needed * Settlement Workers in Schools (SWIS) All services are offered in French, are free of charge and are confidential. All newcomers and immigrants are welcome to the Club de l'Amitié social club. Counselling support is also offered to victims of war or organized violence. Others services: medical clinic and laboratory services, counselling, family services (OEYC), pre and post natal services, nutrition, seniors programs. | |||
