DescriptionHamilton Public Library values the contribution of volunteers and recognizes that through their effort, the library is able to enhance and support services. 
 
Volunteers help in ways such as: 
* Fostering the love of reading 
* Helping to make homework a little more fun 
* Opening doors for new Canadians with one on one tutor 
* Bringing the love of reading and entertainment to those who are homebound 
 
Youth Volunteer Opportunities: 
* Reading and Homework Help Club Tutors 
* Reading Buddies 
* Teen Volunteers for Art Crawl and Teen Advisory Group at the Saltfleet Branch 
 
Adult Volunteer Opportunities: 
* ESL Tutoring 
* Visiting Library Service Delivery (monthly and on call)
