Description	This electronic post office allows consumers and businesses to send and receive e-mail, pay bills electronically and conduct various financial transactions through a one-stop internet based service.    Registered users have access to individual, online post office boxes where electronic mail is received.    There is no fee for consumers to use the service. Revenue is generated from fees charged to companies which send bills, advertising, and other materials through the site.    Consumers have the option of deciding who will be able to send them mail, and the type of mail they want to receive.
