DescriptionThe purpose of Circle of Friends for Newcomers (Hamilton) is to assist immigrants and refugees with resettlement in the Hamilton area. 
 
Circle of Friends provides English classes, language training and LINC child care for women and men who otherwise might face barriers. English language classes are supported through CIC funding and are delivered by Circle of Friends staff as well as through an ongoing partnership with St. Charles (HWCDSB). English classes are held at the Victoria Park Community Centre. Levels served are Literacy to Level 4.
