DescriptionThe Burlington Drive Test Driver Examination Centre is the new private operator of Ontario's 55 Driver Examination Centres, formerly managed by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation. The centre is responsible for testing, which includes eye tests for licencing purposes; written tests and road tests. All other aspects of licensing are dealt with through the local vehicle issuing offices.  
 
No appointment is necessary to do the written tests, but a person requiring a test should be at the office between 8:30am - 4:00pm to give them time to complete the test before closing (proper identification is required, original documents only)  
 
Appointments are necessary for all road tests, to book a road test appointment call the Centre.  
 
An appointment is necessary to take the driving test which can only be taken at this office or at the Hamilton Drive Test Centre.
