DescriptionSt Joseph's Home Care program provides 24/7 support to frail seniors. 
 
Various services are provided by skilled Personal Support Workers and include:  
* personal care 
* medication 
* meal preparation 
* homemaking  
* laundry  
* security check 
* emergency response  
* home support services  
* in-home nursing care services 
* palliative care
HoursOffice Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30 pm  
Supportive Housing Services: 24 hours

EligibilityAges: 60 year(s) and up 
 
* Able to direct and participate in own care
