Description	The Healthy Lifestyles Change Group is offered 3 to 4 times a year and is a concurrent disorders program designed to meet the needs of individuals experiencing serious and persistent mental illness, with a co-occurring substance use problem     Group Design    * 10 session education and process group  * Based on skills training model, and harm reduction philosophy  * Weekly group sessions  * Sessions are 1 ½ hrs long, with a 10-15 minute break  * The group is co-led by staff from Wellington Psychiatric Outreach Program, and Alcohol, Drug & Gambling Services  * Healthy snacks will be provided  * No substance use permitted 24 hours prior to the start of group    Who is the group for?    * Individuals who experience serious and persistent mental illness, with a co-occurring substance use problem  * Individuals who are interested in exploring their substance use and/or are starting to make changes in their use of substances  * Preference given to individuals who have a case manager/counsellor    A Collaborative Project of Alcohol, Drug & Gambling Services (ADGS), and, Wellington Psychiatric Outreach Program (WPOP)
