DescriptionThe Hamilton Downtown Family YMCA offers a variety of children and family programs. No one is denied participation in a YMCA program due to financial circumstances. See the branch Membership Desk for details of monthly activities 
 
 
A variety of activities including active and creative options for all ages: 
* Activities may include: Basketball * Creative Corner * Dance & Drama * Drama * Floor Hockey * Indoor Soccer * Music & Movement * Organized Games * Skipping * Sport-o-Rama * Swimming * Volleyball  
 
* Y Kids weekly programs may include the following activities: Basketball * Badminton * Child/Youth Night * Cool Creations * Dance & Drama * Drama * Floor Hockey * Kids Action * Mix & Match * Music & Movement * Skipping * Sport-o-Rama * Soccer * Variety Club * Video Splash * Volleyball  
 
Swimming is offered for parent & toddler, child and youth lessons. 
 
Child Minding (8 weeks to 12 years): The play centre gives infants, toddlers, preschool and school age children the chance to play together in a supervised play area, while parents/guardians are in the building * Parents to remain on the premises * Call to make reservations  
 
Family Programs: A drop-in program that offers a variety of activities including: ping pong * badminton * hockey * soccer * basketball
