DescriptionPrograms for youth and young adults ages 15-30 with one or more barriers to employment including * a learning or other disability * sole support parent * did not finish high school or long term unemployed * Participants are paid while in the program * In partnership with Service Canada these programs include: 
 
* Placement in a health care environment  
* Combination of wage and allowance while attending 
* Stress management, self esteem and confidence building 
* Communication for the workplace  
* Job search/interview skills 
* Accessing community resources 
* Experience working with the sick, disabled or the elderly through area health care agencies such as Brain Injury Services and Ontario March of Dimes
