DescriptionGroup Services provides the following services: 
 
* Therapeutic Groups - Psychologists and behavioural therapists lead and facilitate group therapy sessions centred on anger management, self esteem, addiction and sexuality 
* Life Skills Groups - Clients learn independent living skills such as meal preparation, budgeting and communication 
* Recreation and Leisure Groups - Offered through drop-in and planned events, clients are encouraged to take advantage of recreational opportunities designed to promote social interaction, team building and skills development
