DescriptionHospice Palliative Care Ontario (HPCO) is Canada's largest volunteer hospice organization that represents over 150 community-based volunteer organizations providing hospice care to clients of all ages with a multitude of life-threatening terminal illnesses. 
 
The vision of the association is that every person and family in the province of Ontario can quickly and easily access the finest end-of-life care when required. 
 
Hospice Palliative Care Ontario's mission is to ensure that members consistently deliver the finest end-of-life care possible to individuals with life-threatening conditions, their families and friends.
