Description* this program assists newcomers with the ability to speak, read, and write in English  
* provides pre-literacy and levels 1 through 7 English instruction by qualified instructors  
* bus tickets and no-cost childcare is available for participants  
* landed immigrants, convention refugees and permanent residents can access this program  
* students can participate in full-time, part-time, evening and women's only classes are available
