Description	Home child care agencies are licensed by the Ministry of Education to administer and supervise home child care providers who are registered with the agency. Home child care agencies recruit individual caregivers to provide care in their home for up to five children. The agency provides training, support, and supervision to the providers, as well as administration and "matching" between families and caregivers. It also provides home child care services to both subsidy eligible and fee paying families. Qualified approved home visitors visit provider homes monthly.     If you are interested in becoming a home caregiver, or wish to place your child in home child care, you can contact this agency.    Caregiver hours are usually flexible and geared to parent need. Shift coverage provided. Child care providers may be able to escort children to their school, but they do not pick up or drop off at the child's home.    Caregiver locations are limited to City of Hamilton Mountain area within the boundaries of Mohawk Rd to the escarpment and from Garth St west to the Ancaster boundary * Lower Hamilton west of Nash Rd * Ancaster * Dundas * West Flamborough (West of Hwy 6)    This child care program presently participates in Raising the Bar. The presence of a Raising the Bar certificate is a sign that the program is committed to maintaining provincial regulatory standards as well as local community standards.
