| Description | DISH is a free, confidential phone service providing information, referral, and informal counselling * The program provides one-stop access to information about community programs and services for persons with disabilities, their families, friends, professionals and students * DISH is located at the Hamilton Public Library, Central Branch, 3rd floor, and is accessible for visits in person. |
