DescriptionThe Community Anger Management Program (CAMP) s a cognitive-behavioural approach to teaching effective skills in dealing with problem situations. It is a voluntary program for anyone in the community who recognizes that they have difficulty managing their anger and other negative emotions, and may act in an aggressive manner when angry.
HoursAgency hours unless by appointment Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm

Meetings10 two-hour sessions three times a year.
