DescriptionUrban Native Homes Incorporated exists to strengthen individual and family self-reliance and sense of community by providing safe, affordable housing and support services for Native people in the City of Hamilton. 
 
The program offers geared to income rental of 160 individual homes including 4 units modified for the physically challenged and Kenatah, a 52 unit townhouse complex located in Stoney Creek, for low to moderate income Native and Non Native families, in an urban setting. Urban Native Homes also oversees a new 24 unit housing complex called Koo gaa da win Manitou.  
 
Koo gaa da win Manitou (in Anishnabe, means “sheltering the spirit,”) located in downtown Hamilton is an affordable housing complex geared toward homeless Aboriginal seniors.
