DescriptionThe Ontario Problem Gambling Helpline is funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and is operated by ConnexOntario Health Services Information which also operates the Drug and Alcohol Helpline and the Mental Health Helpline. 
* The following services are available: 
 
* A province-wide, free, confirdential and anonymous service providing a single point of contact for all callers enquiring about gambling treatment resources in Ontario. Staff are to book initial appointments for callers with participating problem gambling treatment providers if desired. 
* Service is available to members of the general public including problem gamblers and their families, friends and co-workers, and to helping professionals working with problem gamblers 
* Researchers and system planners may also contact the Ontario Problem Gambling Helpline for information and/or statistics 
* The service is provided in English or French, plus interpretation is available in more than 170 languages by telephone on request 
*Service is provided by toll-free telephone, email, or webchat
