Description & Services
DescriptionPotential program is a collaborative program of Autism Ontario in partnership with the Ministry of Child and Youth Services as well as the Hamilton Chapter. 
 
The program provides consultation for family support, organization of social learning opportunities for individuals and families living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and facilitation of professionals to speak locally on various topics related to ASD.  
 
The program will provided direct support to parents in understanding ASD from the point of diagnoses to across the life span, learning about specific support in the area, and coaching on a wide variety of ASD related issues that emerge at both school and home.
HoursMon, Tue 9 am-5 pm * Appointments are also available in the evening and at other times of the day by pre-arrangement only
DatesRegular parent support meetings and family events are scheduled throughout the year * All information is available on the website

The program is specifically intended for families that have children 18 years and under; however, community events are usually open for individuals of all ages.
