DescriptionA Woman's Journey is a group which assists women who are in conflict with the law or at risk of being in conflict with the law. Groups run 4 times a year (usually Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, Oct-Dec) for 10 weeks at 2 hours each session. Topics discussed include: healthy and unhealty relationships, abuse, anger styles, self esteem, effective communication, depression, grief, loss and myths surrounding women's anger.
HoursOne morning or afternoon each week, 2 hour sessions for 10 weeks (Mon-Fri)
