Description	Good Shepherd Works is a social enterprise that offers a variety of services to clients throughout the Hamilton region and surrounding areas. It offers lawn care, painting, cleaning, rubbish removal, and many other services, including a best-in-class Integrated Pest Management (IPM) control service for the eradication and management of bed bugs!    This social enterprise initiative has a roster of more than 100 people, of whom approximately 70 work on a regular basis * Workers are paid $10.25 / hr for landscaping or painting and $12 an hour for the Bed Bug program.
