| Description | Home care agency providing professional care and support in client's own home. Services available include: * Nursing Care- RN and RPN Services, in home nursing services, private duty nursing, and temporary staff relief services to support hospitals, long term care facilities. * Personal Support Services (PSW) - Includes Personal Care, Family Respite care, Companionship, Accompaniment/escort to medical appointments and other outings, helping with errands such as social activities in the community, light gardening such as potting plants * Home Support Services - cleaning, dusting, laundry and other housekeeping duties * Homemaking and Meal Preparation - meal preparation, according to client diet and creation of meal plans * Healthcare Companions - Provide both client and family with the security and assurance that continuous care and support provide * Personal Care Services - Daily living activities support and assistance, assistance with mobility, bathing, dressing and/or grooming * Shared Care - Provides a cost-effective alternative to a full shift of personal support or homemaking hours. * Palliative Care * Alzheimer Care * Brain Injury Care * Diabetes Foot Care * Parkinson Care * Cancer Patient support during treatment in home * Expecting Mothers and New Mother & New Born in home family support * Care givers are trained Registered Nurses (RN), Registered Practical Nurses (RPN), Personal Support Workers (PSW) or Certified companions | |||
