Description & Services
Description* Young Parent Resource Centre that provides service to strengthen the lives of all young parents and children by offering support, encouragement and hope in a safe welcoming environment  
* Offers residential and community based programming for pregnant and parenting young women/parents and their children  
* Residential program is available for 12 residents who may remain in residence with their child for several months postpartum  
* All programs are offered to day students and residents  
 
Services include: 
* Residential care and treatment program 
* Prenatal and postnatal community based programs  
* Outreach to the Community  
* Access to on-site Section 23 school programs  
* Individual and family counselling/including partners  
* Licensed infant and toddler care - 10 infant spaces & 15 toddler spaces 
* Respite Care "Time for Me" program 
* Ontario Early Years Centre for young parents 
* Evidence based parenting programs 
* Independent living skills education, (i.e budgeting, apartment search, problem-solving, community information, cooking)  
* Referrals to Public Health, Alternatives for Youth, Adolescent Community Care Program, etc.
