| Description | Care is provided in the home for the adult with a long-term disability while the family caregiver takes a break * A trained worker provides companionship and supervision, help to do enjoyable activities in the home, and assistance with personal care excluding bathing * Priority is given to adults with progressive memory loss such as Alzheimer Disease |
