DescriptionFamily Services assists families in the community who find themselves in an "emergency" situation with both practical and spiritual help. Emergency assistance with food, eyeglasses, vouchers for work boots, transportation in and out of the city, and fire victim. Other programs operated through Family Services are: 
 
* Counselling and referral services upon request  
* Summer "Fresh Air" Residential Camp (children 7 to 17 years) 
* Christmas Bureau and Toy Centre  
* Suicide Prevention Crisis Line 
* Wellness Program for Women (call for information and registration) 
 
School Supplies Donation Program held in August. See Public Bulletin for details
