DescriptionCOPE programs are designed to strengthen the parenting capacity of families / caregivers whose children are displaying challenging behaviours, notably attentional and / or oppositional behaviours * By virtue of these behaviours, families of children / youth with challenging behaviours require structured, effective and consistent parenting techniques and strategies in order to best support their children * The COPEing With 3 to 12 Year Olds program: 
 
* Meets once weekly for 2 hours for 8 to 10 weeks 
* Using problem solving discussions, videotapes, homework projects, and readings, parents learn proven skills to strengthen relationships with their children, reduce oppositional behaviour, and increase cooperation 
* The workshop's readings, videotapes and discussions focus on the unique challenges presented by very oppositional children
HoursAdministration Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * Program daytime and evening times available.
