| Description | The Caregiver Education Series provides the following programs: * VON Canada's Caregiver Education Series: From Stress to Strength - provides small group education series over 4 weeks, 2 hours each week, for family or friends who are caring for adults at home with a long-term illness or disability * Education covers the importance of self-care, communication strategies, managing stressful situations, common emotions and community resources * The series is scheduled at different locations and times during the year * Please call the office for the next series dates * Pre-registration is required Monthly caregiver discussion/support groups are available call for further information |
