DescriptionComprehensive service provides seniors / people with disabilities with home support services including: 
 
* Volunteer friendly visiting services  
* Volunteer assisted transportation for medical appointments and grocery shopping 
* Security checks and Reassurance programs provides added measure of security for the elderly, disabled and infirm living alone in a private residences 
* Caregiver education 
* Counselling, support and crisis intervention 
* Postal Alert Program  
* Meals on Wheels 5 days a week 
* Friendly calling program 
 
All services are targeted to seniors, persons with disabilities and persons with chronic or prolonged illness in the community
