DescriptionThis office investigates complaints related to the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) and enforces safety regulations pertaining to cribs, cradles, playpens, toys, rattles, pacifiers, textiles, household chemical products, hockey helmets, car seats, ceramics, lighters, and other products controlled by the Act. Also responsible for cosmetics under the Food and Drugs Act.
