Description* Outreach Services extends the continuum of service in the community for individuals with acquired brain injury  
* It provides case management support, maintains gains in skill level and includes hands-on training and support for new vocational and avocational opportunities  
 
Outreach services available include: 
* Community Re-entry - In the familiar comfort of their homes, clients learn to regain an active role in their communities through the development of social and interpersonal skills, community orientation, daily living activities and leisure supports 
* Activities of Daily Living Assistance 
* Job Search & Placement - Resume preparation, interview coaching and on-the-job support are provided to individuals whose abilities and personal goals support paid or unpaid employment. Placement opportunities are available with a variety of community agencies 
* Budgeting assistance 
* Avocational Activities 
* Recreation and leisure
