DescriptionThe program provides supervised individual programming in a group setting * assists participants to maintain their current level of independence and maintain their ability to live in the community * respite care is also provided to caregivers * provides a wide range of physical, mental, recreational, social and mentally stimulating activities * offers a specialized Alzheimer's and Dementia program one day per week * each day includes snacks, full hot lunch and assistance with some activities of daily living
HoursIntegrated Program Mon-Fri 9:00 am-3:30 pm  
DatesProgram does not provide service if DARTS service is cancelled due to inclement weather
