DescriptionBaywoods Place is a long term care home providing an environment that is a friendly, safe and secure, comfortable place for people to live. 
 
The goal of the centre is to provide care with the flexibility to accommodate the often complex and evolving needs of residents. Equally important is the ability to ensure that individuals who live in the centre can enjoy meaningful, rewarding life with encouragement and support. 
 
Residents may have needs related to chronic medical conditions, dementia's, behavioral alterations, palliative care and medical/high intensity needs such as wound management, specialized nutritional provision, and treatments of higher acuity. Among others the centre offers specialized programs for continence management, dementia care, behavior management, restorative care and skin care, physiotherapy, etc.

EligibilityAges: 18 year(s) and up 
 
Eligibility determined by CCAC or case manager. Client must be 18 years or older, have a valid health card, have maximized available community supports, and have care requirements that can be met in long term care.
