| Description | On Ice is a full-service hockey training facility designed specifically for the development of hockey goalies and players, offering training sessions and other services year-round, as well as summer day camps. Summer Camp: Each day consists of 3 1/2 hours of on-ice training/scrimmage and 1 1/2 hours of off-ice fitness training * Individual days are also available * Advanced Camps for Goalies and Players (Ages 9-16 years, experienced) - Designed for Junior and Senior Rep players * Emphasis on skills and conditioning * Fun Camps for Goalies and Players (Ages 6-13 years, beginners) - Designed for beginners, young players and house league * Skills instruction in the morning and 2 on 2 scrimmage in the afternoon | |||
