| Description | The camp is designed to promote the foundations of strength and conditioning to young athletes who wish to further enhance their athletic skills, campers will learn an assortment of techniques proven to enhance performance * Camp features themed challenges including Amazing Race, Survivor Challenge, X-treme Obstacle Course and Family Feud * Shares cutting-edge lessons in strength, conditioning, nutrition, team and leadership development...and all while promoting FUN as the catalyst for athletic development * Campers receive a post-camp evaluation including recommendations for future development * Athletes will acquire a variety of skills and leave camp with an understanding of what it means to train successfully. |
